San Diego Beach

After Disneyland we went to San Diego to hang out at the Beach...it was FABULOUS!!!  The weather was overcast the first day and kind of cold...but the second day was perfect.  The kids had a BLAST!!!  They Loved paying in the sand and Tytan liked the freezing water - Q was not all about the water - I don't blame her...it was so cold!! =) 

We were just playing in the sand that first day and letting the kids get their feet wet as the waves came in, one of the time I didn't have a good enough hold on Tytan and the wave made him lose his balance and he fell right into the water - poor little guy was freezing - thank goodness I am the MASTER at packing WAY too much and had plenty of extra clothes for him!! =)

So pretty - I let Brandon know if he wanted to move to Cali I was ALL IN!!! =)

Cute little smirk...after he fell int he water and got a taste of the salt...he bent down and licked the sand - it was pretty dang funny!!!

Tytan REFUSED to keep his hat on so I was worried that his head was going to get fried - so I kept putting sunscreen on it throughout the day - by the time we left the beach he had a very thick layer of sunscreen mixed with sand all matted up in his hair - it was AWESOME!!!  Love this pic - he was kind of digging a hole...then I looked back and he had found a back rest - just chillen watching the waves =)

Q wanted to play with everyone in the water but didn't want the water to get her - so Matt would take her into the water - then when a big wave would come he would run out with her - they were loving it!! =)

The last night we had dinner at  restaurant next to the USS Midway  Afterwards we walked around for a while and the kids loved all the statues...
