Brandon drove the truck in the 4th of July parade this year - so we surely did get to ride along...and took our good friends Annie and Trevor and their boys along too!! It was fun - the kids had a GREAT time honking the horn and making the siren go off - it was good stuff...in the middle of the parade, Q told Brandon that she wanted to go home =) Obviously she had had enough!! =)
Q and Tytan got to help drive...they loved it!
We were at the front of the parade - so when we were done we walked down to watch the rest of it...Emma was so sweet and helped Q get some candy and shared hers too =)

It was a fun day - usually Brandon is gone the entire day of the 4th but this year he was around more so that was fun and we got to go bbq at the Lewis' - good times!!! The fire dept bbq was rained out so me and the kids ended up just watching the fire works on the front porch drinking hot chocolate!! B had to help set off the fire works - it was a great show!!! =)
